This large millefiori pattern glass paperweight by Perthshire Paperweights of Scotland has complex canes and large twisted rods surrounding a yellow lampwork flower set on a ruby translucent background. It is marked #163, dated on the base. It weighs 15 ounces and is 3 inches in diameter. It is in fine condition with a defect on upper side (see photos).
