This dichroic glass paperweight displays a vibrant multiplicity of colors that change when viewed from different angles, especially when placed on a dark surface and lit from above. The almost magical effect is due to microlayers of metals or oxides with which the hot glass is infused. Created by Robin Lehman, a glass worker and filmmaker with a love of nature, the oceans, and art, each paperweight is individually hand-worked; no two are exactly alike. Actual colors may differ slightly from those in the image. I placed this on a gold tray and also on a white cardboard to show how it looks different wherever you place it. It’s so beautiful.
