The pattern is pulled feather with a single murrine or millefiori on top. The glass looks custard glass, it glows with a UV light. Condition: Condition is very good, pre-owned. There is one very tiny puncture on the glass as shown in the second photo. Measures approximately: 2 1/4″ across in diameter x 3 1/4″ in height.
