This paperweight is quite large at approx. 3 1/2 wide x approx. There are gorgeous colors in hues of blue, pink, yellow, orange, green, purple & red. The blue has an otherworldly glow to it, which can best be seen in a few of the photos I took outdoors. Twisted lacy shells rise to the top in yellows, oranges & in shades of purple. The deep iridescent green reminds me of seaweed. There’s a splash of mottled pink and red sticks, perhaps of coral? Atop the mottled purple is an iridescent silver color, which reminds me of sand churned from the depths that’s shimmering in the sun. Whereas down below you find gray and brown streaks. It is quite breathtaking! There are, however, a couple of impact marks which can’t be seen in the photos due to the very busy design and complexity of this paperweight. One of them is approx. 1/8 and the other is approx. Photos were taken both indoors and outdoors, in different lighting and on different days, as well.
