This weight was made by Charles III and features Blue flower with striped and textured leaves. The flower is set with green leaves and is encircles by a tight Red/White/Blue twisted ribbon torsade. The paperweight has one top facet and six side facets. It is 2-1/4″ in diameter and 1-9/16″ high and is signed with Charles III SILVER “K” on the torsade Charles Jr. Used a GOLD “K”. A collectable hand crafted large millefiori glass paperweight, the pattern identified as’PP30′, with a five pointed star pattern outlined by twist pale blue and white canes on a translucent blue ground. The areas in between the star are filled with multi-coloured millefiori flower canes, leading to a complex 8-section cane to the centre. The polished base is signed with a signature cane bearing the date 1977 and’P’. There is no label present. 4.8 cm or 1 7/8 inches. Cm or 2 7/8 inches. In very good condition, without damage or restoration, just some light wear to the base. The images show some lighter coloured flecks, but these are within the glass and should not be seen as scratches to the outer surface.
