Stunning Vintage art glass magnum paperweight signed and dated by K. It has a tiered design in a beautiful blue and almost brown tones. Measures approximately 3.5″ wide by 4″ tall. It is substantial in weight, weighing almost 2 pounds! There is a small spot possibly an open bubble pop that looks just like a bubble so blends in but you can feel it if run hand over it. There and it does look like maybe some debris or straw mark on bottom inside. (See the last two photos) Aside from that it’s in beautiful condition. This vintage 8 inch paperweight is a unique find for collectors of hand blown glass pieces. The swirling blue and white design is reminiscent of a seashell, making it a perfect addition to any ocean-themed decor. This paperweight is quite large at approx. 3 1/2 wide x approx. There are gorgeous colors in hues of blue, pink, yellow, orange, green, purple & red. The blue has an otherworldly glow to it, which can best be seen in a few of the photos I took outdoors. Twisted lacy shells rise to the top in yellows, oranges & in shades of purple. The deep iridescent green reminds me of seaweed. There’s a splash of mottled pink and red sticks, perhaps of coral? Atop the mottled purple is an iridescent silver color, which reminds me of sand churned from the depths that’s shimmering in the sun. Whereas down below you find gray and brown streaks. It is quite breathtaking! There are, however, a couple of impact marks which can’t be seen in the photos due to the very busy design and complexity of this paperweight. One of them is approx. 1/8 and the other is approx. Photos were taken both indoors and outdoors, in different lighting and on different days, as well. Signed E Kachurik on the base, dated 99. One blue veil and one iridescent violent veil, flat top. Measures approximately 10.75 high. Base diameter measures 2.75. This beautiful and eye catching piece weighs almost a whopping 5lbs! Looks like there’s a chip, but the edge is completely smooth. Not sure if it’s an air bubble, defect, or internal damage.
