I believe by the research I’ve done this once has a stopped and was a perfume bottle. But same thing I thought when I seen it was alot of these have been refurbished to Bud vases or Paperweights. It is signed by the wonderful glass artist Robert Eickholt. Robert is a well known glass artist who has been wowing the world with his designs for well over 40 years. The bottom of this is signed Eickholt 1996-2 PMAH.
