Daum France Butterfly Figurine Pate De Verre Crystal Sculpture Signed & Mint
This is a very nice Daum France Pate De Verre Crystal Butterfly Figurine. This lovely Butterfly features beautiful coloration in rich shades of Lime green. If you look closely at our photos, you can see that the butterfly is perched on a rose with the rose bush leaves spreading out beneath her. Design : Atelier de crĂ©ation Daum, Family: Green Butterfly. Measurements: 2.5 inchees tall, 3.25 inches in length. And 2.75 inches wide. The “Daum, France” signature is etched on the bottom. This butterfly is in Pristine condition as when new. I could find no scratches, chips, bruises. We like the way this looks on a clear acrylic 4x4x0.75 inch display block. Daum has been one of Frances leading art glass creators and innovators for many decades. They rank alongside Lalique and Baccarat at the forefront of this prominent French industry. In recent years, Daum has led the development and popularization of the Pate de Verre process. Every Daum Pate de Verre piece Is Unique. No two Daum crystal pieces are exactly alike. Daum’s unique and meticulous production technique leaves their crystal multi-faceted: Lighter when light seeps through, darker and more mysterious in absence of light. Bubbles and variations in finish are part of the handmade nature of these items. In the Pate de Verre process, tiny beads of glass are kiln fired For 10 days and fuseed together in a mold. The nature of pâte de verre are the bubbles, rough sculpted edges, etc. These pieces are not shiny, transparent, and smooth like traditional crystal items. If you are purdhasing as a gift we can provide an attractive gift box. Kilner, Richardson, Arculus, Walsh Walsh, Clichy, Baccarat, Saint Louis, Pantin, Saint Mande, NEGC (New England Glass Company), Boston & Sandwich, Pairpoint, Gillinder & Sons, Dorflinger, Mount Whashington, Milville u. David Graeber, John Deacons, Peter Holmes, Peter McDougall, Stefan Bracht, William Manson, Mike Hunter, Allen Scott usw. Und in den USA Glasstudios: Correia Art Glass (Steven Correia, Chris Buzzini, Ken Rosenfeld); Abelmann Art Glass (Mayauel Ward); Lotton Art Glass Charles, Dave & John Lotton; Lundberg Studio Glass (James & Steven Lundberg, Daniel & Davis Salazar); Orient und Fume Art Glass; Parabelle Glass (Doris und Gary Scrutton). EinzelkĂĽnstler in den Usa sind : Ronald? Ayotte; Ray & Bob Banford;Christopher? Buzzini; Jim Donofrio; John Goderhamm; Randall? Grubb; Harald hacker, Robert & Ronald Hansen; Charles Kazium; James & Nontas Kontes; Dominik Labino; John Parsley & Gordon Smith; Ken Rosenfeld; Berry Sautner; Paul Stankard; Delmo & Debbie Tarsitano; Mayauel Ward; Francis Whittemore; James Hart usw.
