This is a Vintage Ferro & Lazzarini Murano Art Glass Paperweight with Lampwork Flowers, Streamers, and a Controlled Bubble “Bullicante” Core. The spherical paperweight has a beautiful multicolored streamer exterior and features a group of lamp work flowers. In shades of blue, pink and white. Arranged on a clear bubbled inner core. The paperweight measures approximately 3″ in diameter x 3″ tall and is in excellent vintage pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks, stains, or crazing. The original vintage foil label, reading “Made in Murano Italy, ” is still attached and has been confirmed to have been linked with the Ferro & Lazzarini furnace. The decor of the piece matches others made by Ferro & Lazzarini, thus a positive identification can be assumed. The base has been smoothed and highly polished, though it does show some light shelf wear commensurate with its age. Please see pictures for details.
