This impressive solid glass paperweight features a central helix spiral of rich red and lime green. Two encapsulated air bubbles appear to the top of the spiral, with a trail of ascending bubbles to one side of the spiral adding a beautiful jewel-like sparkling focal point. A multitude of crisp opaque white inclusions surround the spiral, falling like snow within a snow dome that has been frozen in time. The solid clear glass orb acts as a lens, spectacularly magnifying and distorting the shapes and colours within. This spectacular piece is a fabulous example of gallery quality contemporary Australian glass art. This piece has been exceptionally well crafted and beautifully finished by a master glass artist.
