This is a beautiful Richard Marquis & Ro Purser Noble Effort Studio Art Glass Paperweight, 1986. Two extremely influential glass artists came together to create the Noble Efforts Series. This piece is hand blown with a hollow center but fully sealed. The base glass is a rich deep iridescent purple with Murrini glass embedded. It is signed and has no damage or repairs.
